How can I contact StrideBuddy?

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! 

Can I change or cancel my order?

We work hard to process orders quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that window, we can’t guarantee changes — but you’re still eligible for a return and full refund after receiving your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as PayPal.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Your order will be shipped the day after it's processed. We do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on your location. High demand or global shipping delays may affect timing — we appreciate your patience!

Where does StrideBuddy ship from?

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Hong Kong, allowing us to reach customers around the world efficiently.

What if I don’t receive my order?

If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us at support@stridebuddy.com and you’ll be eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged customs or import taxes?

Our prices are listed tax-free in CAD. Depending on your location, you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are set by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in your order and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

How do I return an item?

To start a return, simply email us at support@stridebuddy.com. We’ll walk you through the process to make it quick and easy.

What if my item is damaged, incorrect, or missing?

We’re here to make it right. If something’s wrong with your order, contact us at support@stridebuddy.com with your order number and photos of the item(s) in question. We'll handle it promptly.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once your return is received or cancellation confirmed, allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear. If you haven’t seen the credit after that time, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary.
